We use contact information to provide diagnostic access, respond to requests, and prepare proposals. Educational or promotional emails are sent only when the person selects the separate voluntary consent option.
4. Service providers
Brevo processes forms and organizes contacts. OpenAI Sites hosts the website. These providers may process information in other countries under their own terms, safeguards, and applicable agreements.
5. Retention
We retain information while needed to answer a request, maintain a professional relationship, or meet applicable obligations. A person may request deletion or withdraw consent for communications.
6. Children and school data
The diagnostic is intended for adults representing institutions. Do not submit student names, work, records, or other identifiable student information through public forms.
