Terms of Use

Last updated: September 30, 2026 · Leer en español

By using this website, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

1. Informational purpose

The content helps schools and educators begin conversations about artificial intelligence. It is not legal advice, a compliance certification, a cybersecurity audit, or a guarantee of educational outcomes.

2. Free diagnostic

The diagnostic provides an indicative reading based on self-reported answers. It does not verify evidence, determine legal compliance, or replace the Professional School AI Audit.

3. Professional services

A request submitted through the site does not create a contract. The scope, deliverables, price, schedule, responsibilities, and payment terms for an audit or workshop are defined in a written proposal accepted by both parties.

4. Use of resources

Free resources may be downloaded and used internally for educational or institutional purposes while keeping attribution to Bloom Edtech. They may not be sold, presented as original work, altered to support misleading claims, or used to issue certifications.

5. User responsibilities

Users must provide legitimate information, avoid sharing identifiable student data, and apply professional human review to decisions involving AI. Users remain responsible for determining whether guidance is appropriate for their context.

6. External services

The site may link to external services, including Brevo, email providers, and academic sources. Bloom does not control their availability, content, or policies.

7. Availability and limitation

Bloom works to keep information clear and current but does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item applies to every institution. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bloom is not responsible for decisions made solely from free website content.

8. Changes and contact

These terms may change as services develop. Questions may be sent to bloomingmindsflorida@gmail.com.
